Working with TransForce in a direct hire capacity is a straight forward process.
You tell us about your hiring needs and locations, we price the solution to meet your needs. We also establish a communication plan between your recruiters/hiring managers and our team to ensure every candidate receives a seamless experience with your company.

All drivers employed through direct hire are on your company payroll. We will help sell your position and company culture to each candidate to help you get the results you seek.
Depending on the location disparity and volume of jobs, we will either charge you a per-hire fee or a retainer with per hire fee.
In any situation we are asking for the retainer plus per hire fee - we forecast that this will actually be more economically advantageous for you based on your volume of hires needed.
