Johnston County Rest Area

Can you park overnight at rest stops?

As a truck driver, you can stay overnight at rest stops. Many rest stops limit the number of hours private vehicles can stay, but when you are a commercial driver and subject to Hours of Service regulations, you can stay for up to ten hours at any rest stop.
