February 2025 Drivers of the Month

At TransForce, we take pride in recognizing drivers who go above and beyond in their dedication to safety, professionalism, and exceptional service. This month, we are proud to honor four outstanding drivers—one from each region—who have demonstrated excellence in their roles.

West Region: Sandra Garcia

Sandra began her journey with TransForce in 2019 at UPS Mail Innovations in Fontana, where she quickly became known for her hard work and positive attitude. Her team-first mentality and dedication to customer service were instrumental in ensuring smooth operations. UPS Mail Innovations Manager Gloria Ramirez praised Sandra for her commitment to prompt service and outstanding client care. Her efforts were recognized with a promotion to Lead Driver in November 2022, a role she continues to excel in today.

Central Region: Christopher Patterson

Christopher has been with TransForce for 2.5 years, standing out as a dedicated and skilled professional. His commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service has made him an asset to our team. Christopher’s attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to navigate complex routes with ease have earned him the respect of both his colleagues and the clients he serves. Known for his excellent communication and teamwork, Christopher consistently goes above and beyond to ensure successful deliveries. The Memphis branch proudly recognizes him as a true professional in the industry, and his contributions to TransForce are invaluable.

South Region: Tyrue Smith

Since joining TransForce in May 2024, Tyrue has consistently showcased his adaptability and versatility. He played a key role in strengthening our relationship with Imperial Dade in Atlanta and later transitioned into a part-time role at Georgia Tech, hauling football equipment for every game. His performance was so outstanding that both the client and the football players requested his return for the next season. Now back full-time at Imperial Dade, Tyrue is leading deliveries for the PGA Tournament in Augusta, GA. His work ethic and commitment to top-tier customer service make him a standout driver.

North Region: Daniel Moore

A TransForce driver for seven years, Daniel has established himself as a cornerstone of one of the North region’s most significant accounts. His reliability and team spirit are unmatched—regularly working 60-hour weeks, six days a week, especially during peak seasons. Eric Davis, who has worked with Daniel since 2017, describes him as a pleasure to work with and wishes he had 100 more drivers like him. Daniel’s professionalism and dedication set the gold standard for TransForce drivers.
