Alexandria, VA – TransForce, a leader in transportation and logistics, announced the expansion of its TF1 platform, which offers the industry's most intelligent driver-job match technology.
TransForce has scaled its TF1 platform to support large enterprise carriers with capabilities to automate job ingestion, management, and candidate flow into existing ATS systems.
Changing the Marketplace
TransForce released the TF1 Job Match platform last year as a next-generation job marketplace to match skilled CDL drivers with employers. Unlike current driver job boards, the TF1 platform collects detailed profile information on drivers, including a scan of each driver’s Commercial Drivers License, to collect verified license and endorsement information for each driver. TF1 then intelligently matches each driver with relevant jobs to ensure that the candidates presented to employers are drivers who are interested, qualified, and likely to accept an offer. The result has been an increase in driver hire rates by up to 8x when compared to traditional job sites, easing the burden on recruiting teams and getting more drivers in seats.
Support for Enterprise Carriers
TransForce has now made TF1 more accessible to large carriers with several updates, including: new functionality to ingest and frequently update large amounts of job data; integration with major ATS systems to enable driver candidates to get passed directly into recruiter workflows; the release of enterprise job matching systems to attract drivers for employers with large regional or national recruiting needs.
“When we combine TransForce’s unique sources of driver supply, including many military veterans, with the TF1 Job Match Platform, we are unrivaled in our ability to deliver quality driver candidates. The new enterprise features now allow us to bring the offering to large employers of CDL drivers ,” says Stu MacFarlane, President of the TF1 business.
