TransForce Appoints Rafael Andres Diaz-Granados as Chairman and CEO, Unveils New Strategic Vision and Managed Workforce Offering

TransForce, a recognized leader in the transportation and logistics industry, is proud to announce the appointment of Rafael Andres Diaz-Granados as its new Chairman and CEO. His leadership marks the beginning of a transformative era for the company as it expands its role as a Managed Service Provider (MSP), specializing in CDL driver outsourcing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and workforce solutions. With this strategic shift, TransForce aims to serve as a long-term, trusted partner to trucking companies and private fleets.

"Trucking companies and private fleets continue to struggle with driver programs, even as driver availability reaches all-time highs," said Diaz-Granados. "Managing compliance, ensuring safety, developing attractive employment plans, and optimizing for high-quality driver placements is a significant burden, with serious downstream effects if not handled properly. At TransForce, this is our specialty. We’ve already delivered tremendous value to a subset of clients, and I am excited to expand our expertise to a broader market."

As part of the new vision, TransForce is launching its Managed Workforce service, a driver outsourcing solution tailored to small and mid-sized trucking companies and private fleets. This service enables companies to fully outsource their driver programs to a trusted partner with unparalleled safety ratings and recruitment expertise. Managed Workforce helps businesses enhance compliance, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency to keep their trucks on the road. Several leading private fleets and trucking companies have already adopted TransForce’s Managed Workforce to streamline their driver programs.
